This is truly precious. The story isn't one of a far-out nature, the artwork it darling.

Although you might think of this book as intended for children because of its size and subject, "The Littlest Teddy Bear Book" is really for adults. The quotes throughout talk of everyone's favorite childhood toy, their teddy bear, and how we miss him.

And the accompanying illustrations fit the quotes they're paired with perfectly. Their emotions run the gamut from sad to happy.

I highly recommend "The Littlest Teddy Bear Book" to every adult.

When I was a child, "Live Dolls" books were my favorite. I read them over and over again. They were fanciful and magical -- dolls come to life and doll clothes grow on trees. For a little girl with a vivid imagination and a love of dolls, these books are the ultimate. Today, they may be too sweet and quaint, but the magic is still there.

This is a great book, as well as series. Bibical scriptures on each page, followed by an appropriate child's prayer to compliment the scripture. Short prayer on each page. Really cute and appropriate illustrations. I have been reading these with my 10 month old son, since he was just a couple of months old. Durable cardboard type construction, makes them an indestructible addition to the nursery.

Greats books (We have 3 of the 4), but EXTREMELY hard to find. I've tried specially ordering the remaining book from several bookstores (both Christian and secular).

I highly recommend as additions to a child's library and as gifts.

Lucky Bear is one of the first books my first graders read. It has just a few words on each page, very good picture clues, and a cute story. I highly recommend it!

I've been using this style of diary for over 7 years and have never found a comparable diary. It has a blue binding and red paisley cover, ideal for guys looking for a diary not so "girly" or "child-like". The lock and key is not very secure... but the layout inside is great!! The days of the months are printed on top, including Feb 29, and there is plenty of room to write a days worth of thoughts and experiences on each page. The back pages have a printed address section, birthday reminders and other novel, yet functional, pages. I have yet to find a better Any Year Diary on the Market today... in fact, to prove it, I've ordered 20 more for the upcoming years!!!

Doug Boyd again, as in "Rolling Thunder", has shown us the everyday life of a remarkable man. Thank you Doug for reminding us how it is possible to live the sacred path with gusto. Since we are not all able to sit at Mad Bear's knee to learn his great wisdom, Doug shows us that the traditions still exist and are practiced. This is a book that should be read by everyone.

This book is recommended for ages 10 and up but as an adult I found it exciting and useful as well as a child would. There are step by step instructions on how to make a 16 inch teddy bear (which is rather large) in clear and concise instructions. The first part teaches you how to make a teddy bear much like a cookie cut out in just one piece. The second part details how to make a 16 inch teddy bear. The last part of the book illustrates how to make simple clothes to dress your bear.

There are informational boxes scattered throughout to explain the terms used like how to make a dart. I found the instructions to be readily understood and I successfully made my first teddy bear.

The only drawback is that the only color photo is on the cover of the book. The book only contains black and white line drawings inside. It would have been helpful to have had more photos to use as a guide.
